Ingredients

We use only the best of the best organic and natural ingredients in our tasty treats! 

We use no artificial or chemical preservatives, colours or flavours in our products at all! We also don't add any sugar or salt, meaning out treats are healthy and nutritionally balanced for our best friends! 

All of our ingredients are human grade, so humans can eat our treats too, but we don't recommend it! (they are tasty for dogs, but not so much for us!)

Our treats are baked to order, so please allow 2-3 days for your order to be fulfilled! We simply believe that good things take time and shouldn't be rushed and we apply this theory to our treat baking for our four legged friends! 

Shipping

We ship all our tasty treats through Sendle.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been freshly baked. 

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you do use a PO Box or a Parcel Locker as your delivery address, we can send it there, however there will be delays in your delivery. 

All of our treats come with an ATL (authority to leave) meaning the package will be left in a safe place at your address if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Deliveries within the Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide Metro areas, generally take 2-4 days. Regional deliveries in VIC, SA & NSW, generally take 2-5 days, Queensland deliveries are normally between 3-7 days and Perth deliveries are generally 5-9 days. 

If you are needing your delivery quicker, please message us PRIOR to placing your order, as we can provide an estimate for Express Post via AusPost, which is generally a next day service. 

We cannot not take any responsibility for packages once left and any lost/stolen or damaged packages need to be reported to the delivery company.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us via email with photos of the damage and we will provide them too the delivery company. As there is no insurance on the deliveries, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for damaged/lost/stolen deliveries. We will however provide all relevant feedback to the delivery company to ensure better service in the future. 
We do also offer a local pick up service! Pick up is from Melton, VIC.
If you are wanting to pick up, please select 'Pick Up - Melton' at the checkout and the cost of delivery will be noted as free. 
PLEASE NOTE: 'Pick Up - Melton' will be the automatically selected option at the checkout as it's a free option. If this is mistakenly selected, I will email you prior to dispatch of your order to organise payment for delivery. Please ensure if you do not wish to collect your order, that you pay for either Standard or Express shipping at the checkout. 
For any Pupcake orders, we can personally deliver, depending on location and a delivery fee will be added on to the price. If you are wanting a quote for delivery of your Pupcake, please DM or email us and we will be happy to provide one!

Returns & Refunds

We want all our customers to be satisfied with our treats, so please ensure you check the ingredient listings before purchasing to ensure your pooch will enjoy the tasty treats!
 
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the goods.
If you do have any issues with your goods once received, please let us know.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
We do our absolute best to provide all details of the product in the product description of each item, including, size, contents, weight, measurements, ingredients etc.
If you do have any questions regarding our returns/refunds policies, please contact us and we are happy to discuss. 
 
If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, seems to be lost in transit or delivered and unable to be located, please contact us via DM or email. 
We will do everything we can to locate the package via our courier company Sendle. No refunds or replacements will be provided until the package is deemed lost in transit or unable to be located. An investigation will be conducted through Sendle and we will endeavour to provide a resolution to the problem as soon as we can. 

Shelf Life and Storage

Due to the natural and preservative free nature of our treats, they do have a shorter shelf life compared to treats from pet stores, which are full of nasty chemicals! We recommend to store the treats in an air tight container to help keep them fresh! You can store them in the packaging they come in, however you will need to ensure that most of the air is removed before sealing the bag. It is best to keep the treats in a cool, dark place like the pantry. Our treats can also be frozen if need be! 

All treat packs come with a Best Before date on the back of the pack.The treats are best consumed before this date, however they may be consumed after this date and will still be safe for consumption, as long as there is no visable signs of spoilage. 

If your treats have visable signs of spoilage prior to the best before date, please contact us and let us know. This is very rare, but we do need to be advised, as there may have issues with the batch of treats. 

 

Specials Offers & Discounts

Any of our Specials, Sales, Discounts and Vouchers can only be used separately. They are not to be used in conjunction with any others offers. 

For example: A $10 discount voucher cannot be redeemed with a free gift offer or a discount code. 

If you have multiple discounts/vouchers, please use them across separate orders.
